Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

When you sign up for 14th Door updates, we collect your phone number, optional email address, and the communication preferences you select. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.

We use these details to manage your preferences, respond to enquiries, and send the updates you choose about events, releases, merch, and occasional offers. Submitting the form does not purchase a ticket or product.

This website and its forms are hosted by Wix. Wix processes form submissions and may collect technical information and use cookies to operate and protect the site. See the Wix Privacy Policy at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.

You can ask to update or delete your signup information, or withdraw permission for future marketing, by emailing info@fourteenthdoor.com. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option; text messages, when enabled, will include instructions for opting out.

Our site links to music platforms and may link to Resident Advisor for tickets. Those services manage information under their own privacy policies.
